About the Dream Tiger

My name is Ma'ayan. I'm an Israeli born artist living in New Orleans, LA.

I'm a storyteller.

Using simple materials like pen, colored pencils, and cut pieces of paper, I create fantastical worlds full of strange creatures, plants, and environments to play in. I love using the simple media we all used to create with as children because it helps me to connect to that sense of endless curiosity and playfulness.

I aim to create an environment that feels immediately familiar and inviting.  Humanity connects and evolves through stories and resourcefulness. The Dream Tiger is a celebration of both. I hope to give you a sense of that childlike play and wonder through my work, as these stories are given new meaning and life through you.
